1. Rental Requests & Approval

All vehicle reservations made through this website are rental requests, not guaranteed bookings. Rentals are subject to availability, verification, and approval by F,s Cars.

We reserve the right to approve, decline, or modify any rental request based on eligibility, availability, insurance requirements, or other operational considerations.

2. Minimum Rental Period

All rentals are subject to a minimum rental period of 72 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Requests that do not meet this minimum may be adjusted or declined.

3. Driver Eligibility

To rent a vehicle, drivers must:

  • Meet minimum age requirements set by our insurance provider

  • Hold a valid driver’s license

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during checkout

  • Maintain valid auto insurance (proof may be required)

Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation without refund.

4. Payments & Deposits

Payment options may include online payment, cash payment, or a combination of both, depending on availability and approval.

Security deposits may be required and can be collected either as:

  • A card pre-authorization (preferred), or

  • A cash deposit (higher amount)

Deposits are refunded following vehicle return and inspection, subject to rental terms.

5. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must be used responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws. Vehicles may not be:

  • Used for illegal activities

  • Sublet or loaned to unauthorized drivers

  • Used outside approved geographic areas (if applicable)

The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse during the rental period.

6. Cancellations & Modifications

Rental requests may be cancelled or modified prior to approval. After approval, cancellation terms may vary and will be communicated directly.

F,s Cars reserves the right to cancel a rental at any time if eligibility requirements are not met.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F,s Cars is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or rental services.
