Is my booking guaranteed after checkout?

No. Submitting a rental request does not guarantee a booking. All requests are reviewed and approved before confirmation.

Why is there a 72-hour minimum?

The minimum rental period allows us to maintain vehicle availability, quality, and service standards.

When will my booking be confirmed?

You will be contacted after your request is reviewed. Confirmation occurs only after approval.

Can I pay in cash?

Cash payment may be available in some cases and may require a higher security deposit.

What happens if my request is declined?

If a request is declined, you will be notified and any eligible payment will be refunded according to policy.

Do I need my own insurance?

Yes. Drivers must maintain valid auto insurance and may be asked to provide proof.
