This Rental & Booking Policy explains how vehicle rental requests are handled by F,s Cars and what customers can expect before, during, and after submitting a request.


Rental Requests & Approval

All reservations submitted through this website are rental requests, not guaranteed bookings. Each request is reviewed to ensure availability, eligibility, and compliance with insurance and business requirements.

F,s Cars reserves the right to approve, decline, or request adjustments to any rental request.


Minimum Rental Period

All rentals require a minimum rental period of 72 hours, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Requests that do not meet this minimum may be adjusted or declined during review.


Pickup & Return Times

Customers select preferred pickup and return dates and times during checkout. These times are requests, not guarantees, and may be adjusted based on availability or operational needs.


Driver Requirements

Drivers must:

  • Meet minimum age requirements set by insurance providers

  • Hold a valid driver’s license

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Maintain valid auto insurance (proof may be requested)


Payments & Deposits

Payment options may include online payment, cash payment, or a combination of both, subject to approval.

Security deposits may be required and may be collected as:

  • A card pre-authorization (preferred), or

  • A cash deposit (higher amount)

Deposits are refunded after vehicle return and inspection, provided no damage or violations occur.


Mileage & Vehicle Use

Mileage limits, if applicable, will be communicated during the approval process. Vehicles must be used responsibly and in compliance with all laws.


Cancellations & Changes

Rental requests may be modified or cancelled prior to approval. Approved rentals may be subject to cancellation terms communicated at confirmation.


Confirmation

A rental is only confirmed once approval has been communicated by F,s Cars.
